Last post was about Juxtaposition, a word that is weird and hard to spell, LOL ( laugh out loud )
And now im gonna post about random word association..

Task : Stoping and discouraging people from smoking habits..
Random Word : Traffic lights



Points from traffic lights
Colours, sign, and metals.

1. Colours

Solution: Use the colours of the traffic light to indicate the danger of smoking to the smoker. When he’s in the green zone, he is considered ‘safe’. Entering the yellow zone means he should start being cautious and reaching the red zone means he is in danger.

This is to help encourage people to smoke the cigarette around about halfway instead of until it completely finishes.


2. Sign

Solution: Apply a sign on the cigarette that, when burnt, is insulting to the smoker.


3. Metal

Solution: Put something that the particular smoker hates in the cigarettes.

Juxtaposition

Juxtaposition is a complicating word, that defines the act or placement of to different things..

The theory of six degree of separation is related to this thing.. U maybe related to someone that u might not know. It could be through someone u know. A friend of ur friend, related to ur parents and etc.



I might know this guy personally, maybe, who knows..


The idea that everything is related to everything else is quite interesting. It reminds us that no matter how far in this day and age that we go to express our specialties, embrace our differences and hold fast to our individuality, we are all still related to one another and can never really separate ourselves from each other.

Which brings us nicely to our topic: Juxtaposition.

Merriam-Webster defines Juxtaposition as the “the act or an instance of placing two or more things side by side”.

In art, this usually means putting two or more things next to each other to study the relationship of the meanings, associations and stereotypes regarding the subjects involved.



This is the example of two different things that can be same.. as in one thing..

Mindmaps help people alot ! Week 5

 Notes and essay writing maybe boring and irritating at times.. And there is where we have to use our creativity to draw or create a mindmap which makes understanding and learning faster and more effective. It is scientifically proven that colour and diagram can give better memory compared to writing, in that case.. Colourful mind maps can help us remember things easier and it'll be much more attractive of course..

This is one of the examples of colourful mindmaps..

Revising and learning in class can be fun by this way.. School should imply this kinda learning and teaching..

Historical examination of creativity.. Week 4

We should appreciate what our ancestors have done for us in the past... From Pyramid till the antique telephones.. They have produced everything with innovative and creativity.. 



Besides that, they have also made civilization by communication. They started communicating with sign languages and then drawing things.
 



These are some examples of communications and civilizations..

We should appreciate their help and creativity because some of their inventions are still being used nowdays.
