Creativity in Advertising and Media

This is my final post for this blog.. It was an experience of its own.. Such an interesting subject that ive learned.. I can't accept the fact that this subject is over but somehow it did.. So this post is about Global creativity and media agencies..



Sometime, somethings maybe fun, other times they’re annoying. Sometimes they’re really creative, other times they’re really stupid. Sometimes they’re deep and meaningful, other times they’re inexcusably shallow.

No matter what you say, you just have to admit creativity wins everything at the end of the day. In business, they have to advertise to attract people for their earnings or living and for that they need creativity to seek attention.
 



These are some example of creativity in advertising.


The key to advertising is to remember that you are reaching out to other people. They aren’t robots: Without emotions or desires or likes. Your audience is other human beings, so get in touch with them.

Pay attention to how people live their lives. The way we lived in the past and the way we live now is different. Lifestyles evolve, and you have to keep up. You cannot pretend that this evolution is not happening, as that is exactly what nearly bankrupted the music industry.



Key factors of effective advertising:
1. Being attractive
Boring and annoying ads on internet and make them irritated and they intend to ignore the point of your ad.. So for that you have to show your creativity in your first impression..


This is because people are annoyed by the clutter of all the content and how it seems as if the ad is trying too hard to gain the attention of the viewer. Flashing text, vibrating images and all sorts of other gimmicks make it seem cheap and disorganized. This needs to be avoided.

2. Gaining consumer's believe and trust
People these days dont believe in online sales since there are many cheats and scams in it. In fact, they do not wanna believe in sweet talks by salesmens in person, they just want proves to make them confident. For that you have to have good skills in talking and needs confident in himself. A business and its salesmens should be Productive to develop and grow themselves. Salesmens should have proves and skillful talking to gain trust from their consumers.


3.Using the media well
The business of this generation never fails to use media for their own purposes. From newspapers to internet, its all about advertising and attracting customers. Most people in this era uses social networks like Facebook and Twitter to earn their living. You click a like button and he earns 50 cents, thats how it works these days.
Some may even earn money through youtube. The more you're viewers, the more you earn. And this is not even mentioning blogs, YouTube, Flickr, Yahoo!, Reddit, Digg, MSN, Google+ and many, many more.

Take advantage of all of this as well.



They click on it and you earn it !
I just wanna post things about myself and earn too.. Lets see, everything is possible these days.. HAHA !

Creativity in art and multimedia



Ive heard about dadaism somewhere, but i cant really recall when it was.. I think it was during Media appreciation last semester.. It was like a Dejavu when I heard that word during the week 9 class.. HAHA



This up here is an example of dadaist art that was made during the 17th century..

Dadaism was a movement that was established in response to the horrors of World War I, which Dadaists saw as the effect of gripping too tightly to logic.

Surprisingly enough, works like these are still popular in modern visual communication even though Dadaism was started roughly a century ago. I guess what appeals to the contemporary audience is its nature to challenge the way you see and understand things.



Have a look at this picture.. Its an art called Mehendi that is done by womens in india if there is a celebration..
If you have a close look at it, you will manage to see a pot, leaves and flowers..
This is a creative tradisional art that is used till today..
This is also considered as an art, a culture and tradition..



Today, it’s our job as designers to create our own unique style of art form or design. We may use references from the past to try and relay our message to the masses by using what people find having relation with them. Essentially though, we should be as original as possible, producing artworks using our own personal styles.

I wonder what is my style and design... HAHAHA
